Overview
VisitSmiles is a Thailand-based travel company selling curated tour packages across Asia. I owned their full digital presence, a custom booking website, always-on lead campaigns, a fast-growing social channel and WhatsApp broadcast funnels, turning a small SME into a recognisable travel brand.
What I did
- •Designed and built the VisitSmiles website with packages, destinations and a travel-insights blog
- •Ran Meta lead campaigns across 11+ trips (Thailand, Chiang Mai, Sri Lanka, Bali) driving 200+ qualified leads
- •Grew the Instagram from 47 to 1,700+ followers with reels hitting 7K to 11K views
- •Built WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for seasonal promos and re-engagement
